Aaron worked in Ag at an early age on the farm - farming with his Family and raising cattle. He also was “fortunate” to have to work at an early age at his Family’s Livestock Equipment Factory during the summers between school, since he was six years old counting and bagging nuts and bolts for the Applegate Two Piece Hay Feeders (child labor laws were not strict back then and did not apply to family)! lol
He graduated from Ball State University in 1992 Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration. He worked at Applegate Livestock Equipment through three different owner buy outs and until the last Company shut down the manufacturing facility in 2020 at the start of Covid and consolidated Manufacturing, Sales and Transportation to its Headquarters.
Aaron has been traveling in the Industry for 31 years and immensely enjoys his customer relationships, along with several Industry Friendships he has developed over the years (Family on the Road is important as well as Family at Home).
Aaron has vast experience in bonding and creating meaningful relationships with his customers and enjoys what he does! He is fortunate to have customer contacts in over 30 states and Canada, but advises PSR more in the Mid-West Region.
Aaron resides in Greenville, Ohio with his wife Jessica and son Hudson, along with their two bull dogs (Lou and Stella). He enjoys spending time with his Family, Fishing, Sports and the Outdoors. He is happiest when writing orders!
