Our Journey

Founded by Gary Skiles and Mike Riffel, PSR Sales has grown from a visionary partnership into a sales agency known for its deep market knowledge and strong customer relationships. John Henry joined the team in 1998, enhancing our service quality and focus. Although Gary Skiles, Mike Riffel, and John Henry have since retired, their foundational contributions continue to guide our agency. We build upon their legacy with a commitment to excellence and integrity, ensuring that the values they instilled remain at the core of our operations. Today, under the co-ownership of Doug Tvedt and Scott Ellison, the agency remains dedicated to upholding the high standards they set and adapting to the evolving needs of the market.

Territory Expansion

In 2011, we expanded our territory to include five states in the Eastern Midwest at the request of one of our largest manufacturers. This strategic move allowed us to strengthen our presence and better serve both new and existing clients in these regions. Today, this expanded territory remains a vital part of our agency, significantly enhancing our overall market reach in all Sales Channels that we serve.
